OrthoFlow ("the app") is a mobile app by Devinbi that helps you track your clear aligner orthodontic treatment. This page explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and who it is shared with.

OrthoFlow, uygulama ilk açılışta cihazınız için anonim bir kullanıcı kimliği oluşturur (Supabase anonim kimlik doğrulama). E-posta veya şifre girmeniz gerekmez.
OrthoFlow creates an anonymous user identity for your device on first launch (Supabase anonymous authentication). You do not need to enter an email or password.

About dental photos: Photos and videos you upload are used only so you can track your own progress; they are not processed for medical diagnosis and are not reviewed by a dentist. These images are never shared with anyone other than you.
Kamera ve mikrofon izinleriCamera and microphone permissions
Uygulama, diş fotoğrafı/video çekimi için kamera ve mikrofon izni ister. Bu izinler yalnızca siz aktif olarak fotoğraf/video çekerken kullanılır; arka planda kayıt yapılmaz.
The app requests camera and microphone permission to capture dental photos/videos. These are used only while you are actively capturing a photo/video; nothing is recorded in the background.

Kimlik numaranızı, adresinizi veya sigorta bilgilerinizi toplamayız. OrthoFlow bir tıbbi cihaz veya teşhis uygulaması değildir; ortodontistinizin tedavi planının yerini tutmaz.
We do not collect your national ID number, address, or insurance information. OrthoFlow is not a medical device or diagnostic tool; it does not replace your orthodontist's treatment plan.

Uygulama İzleme Şeffaflığı (ATT)App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
iOS'ta uygulama, izleme izni ister. İzin vermezseniz, OrthoFlow yalnızca kişiselleştirilmemiş reklamlar gösterir; uygulama işlevselliği etkilenmez.
On iOS, the app requests tracking permission. If you decline, OrthoFlow simply shows non-personalized ads; no app functionality is affected.
Veri saklama ve silmeData retention and deletion
Tedavi verileriniz ve fotoğraflarınız, hesabınızın silinmesini talep edene kadar saklanır. Silme talebi için aşağıdaki destek e-postasına yazabilirsiniz; talebiniz 30 gün içinde işleme alınır.
Your treatment data and photos are retained until you request deletion. Email the support address below to request deletion; requests are processed within 30 days.
Çocukların gizliliğiChildren's privacy
OrthoFlow 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek bu yaş grubundan veri toplamaz. Reşit olmayan hastalar için uygulama, ebeveyn/vasi gözetiminde kullanılmalıdır.
OrthoFlow is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from this age group. For minor patients, the app should be used under parent/guardian supervision.
KVKK: Türkiye'deki kullanıcılar, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında verilerine erişim, düzeltme ve silme talebinde bulunma hakkına sahiptir.
GDPR: Users in the EEA/UK have the right to access, rectify, and erase their data under the General Data Protection Regulation.
